The main aim of the College council is to maintain the goal-targeted work of the College, dedicated to the chosen strategy directions and values.

Student Council

The Student Council is an important part of the HC structure. It consists of active students who represent the interests and concerns of the student community.

Educational Board

The main target of the Educational Board is to help staff and students in everyday academic life and improve the teaching experience. The Educational Board includes members of the college administration, teachers and students.

The college administration consists of the college director, the vice director for academic affairs, and the deputy director. The college administration staff is responsible for strategic planning, managing finances, coordinating academic programs, and overseeing enrollment. They provide essential student services, manage human resources, maintain campus facilities, handle public relations, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
